Rahul is the founder of Core Quest Fit and leads the team in San Antonio.
His background as a physician, specialized in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Christian Medical College, Vellore – consistently ranked among India’s top 3 medical universities – makes him uniquely positioned to help his clients. He transitioned from rehabilitation medicine to fitness with the understanding that exercise and nutrition coaching have a vital role in preventing a majority of medical conditions he managed as a physician.
The basis of Rahul's strength training program comes from a unique system of analyzing a client’s movement pattern to establish safe and sustainable workouts.
He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the Functional Movement System (FMS 1&2), and completed an internship with Results Fitness University, Santa Clarita, California, consistently ranked among the top 10 gyms in the USA by Men’s & Women’s Health magazine.
Rahul is also certified by Precision Nutrition (PN), a leading fitness nutrition system that has transformed the lives of over 100,000 clients world-wide
Rhea is the head of marketing for Score Longevity and encourages others to be healthy via our social media channels.
With a background in writing and film, Rhea is the creator of an upcoming wellness platform that will support and encourage creative individuals to pursue their goals with healthier lifestyles.

Each of the exercises have been thoughtfully curated to help me feel successful while getting stronger. I love that I get to exercise at home, and still feel like I’m part of a community. Very simple but effective cues are given, that have become instinctual, keeping me injury free and feeling fit. So enjoy the movement, feel fit, surprise yourself about how much you can actually do
The most important aspect of the exercise program has been the ability to stay consistent and I’m proud of the confidence with which I was able to implement it despite traveling for work to multiple states and countries across the world
Just before starting the program I struggled with back pain and stiffness, weakness in the legs and hips… with the core strengthening and balance exercises, the back pain is mostly gone, movement is less restricted. I can do exercises and movements I was unable to before - so start it asap, life is better with a stronger core 😄
I needed a good trainer/coach to stay motivated in a structured exercise program.
