We offer one-on-one as well as group strength training options. Exercises in the program are based on the individual's functional movement screen. They target the 4 basic movement patterns - push, pull/row, squat and hip-hinge/lunge, optimized by correct breathing techniques and core activation. Balance and movement preparation are integral to the program for injury prevention and symmetrical muscle building that revs your metabolism, optimizes performance & recovery.

This is a fun way to optimize cardiovascular health, rev up your metabolism, and torch unwanted fat. The HIIT sessions we offer are like nothing you have done in the gym before! You are guaranteed to get the most out of each workout because using wearable technology ensures that each participant in thImagee small group trains at the right intensity based on their own heart-rate. Real-Time feedback from the monitor is the best motivation in pushing yourself to the intensity of your choice.

Each of the exercises have been thoughtfully curated to help me feel successful while getting stronger. I love that I get to exercise at home, and still feel like I’m part of a community.
